Specializing in audio visual and security integration of access control, video management and alarm monitoring, our firm also offers other building control systems including fire life safety, elevator and parking control systems.
In addition to, Commercial Controls will provide a complete “low-voltage” building package including structured communications cabling systems, public address, paging and mass notification.
Our labor force is highly trained by both state and accredited technical schools provided by IBEW, requiring years of education as well as our manufacturers training which includes specialized academics specific to the products we offer.
Commercial Controls is a licensed and bonded electrical contractor, in California and Nevada, with several additional specialty licenses. Our main business model is Integrated Systems. This means that we furnish various types of systems equipment and package it together via hardware design or software applications from a variety of different manufactures’. Furthermore, we provide the high voltage electrical power requirements and the low voltage signaling cabling, including network connections and fiber optic technology.
Also, will provide the necessary permits and final conformance inspections to assure that your system meets all required local, state, and federal electrical safety codes including UL certification and Fire Life Safety requirements.
