th Street is an upcoming mixed-use residential
tower in Downtown Los Angeles. The new building will be fifty-seven levels high
and house a total of 780 units. Additionally, the project
will include an eleven-level parking garage and feature residential amenities
on site. The development is expected to be completed in 2023.
SCOPE OF WORK
Access
Control
An
access control system allows selective restriction of access into buildings,
offices, and other structures. Our access control system performs identity
authentication and authorization of users to dictate who is allowed access into
designated areas with card readers and biometric scanners for highest security.
Video
Surveillance
Video
surveillance systems include cameras, network video recorders and monitors for
transmissions of video footage to designated locations of preference for
security and prevention of crime. All video surveillance systems include motion
activation and infrared night vision to secure video surveillance 24 hours a
day.

Intercom System
A
video intercom is a two-way communication system that is used within a facility
or building to transmit and receive video and audio transmissions through an
installed camera, microphone, and speaker. With a built-in camera, our video
intercom system allows you to view and communicate with guests while also
having the ability to grant entry from a distance.
Intrusion
Detection
Intrusion
detection is an alarm system with motion detection sensors designed to respond
rapidly to attempted entries during offline hours. Our intrusion alarm system
helps protect any building or facility from further or potential burglary and
damage with an automated alarm.
