The Aztec Stadium, located in the city of San Diego, is being constructed just 150 yards west of the previous SDDCU stadium. The megaproject will feature 35,000 seats to host football, soccer, and other grand events. It is predicted to entertain over 300 events annually. The project is set to be completed in 2022.
