The proposed parking structure at the Hollywood Park MU4 property is part of a three-component single building lot. The parking garage is seven-levels high, connecting between a two-story studio support facility and an adjacent studio structure. It will be approximately 550,000 square feet and accommodate 1,650 vehicle spaces.

Access Control

An access control system allows selective restriction of access into buildings, offices, and other structures. Our access control system performs identity authentication and authorization of users to dictate who is allowed access into designated areas with card readers and biometric scanners for highest security.

Video Surveillance

Video surveillance systems include cameras, network video recorders and monitors for transmissions of video footage to designated locations of preference for security and prevention of crime. All video surveillance systems include motion activation and infrared night vision to secure video surveillance 24 hours a day.

Emergency Phones

Emergency phones are installed and designed for reliability to provide calls to emergency services in the event of an emergency. Our emergency phone system allows outgoing calls to designated police, fire, or medic department at any given time to ensure all emergency needs.
