PROJECT OVERVIEW
The project consist of demolishing and replacing the existing ARS Crop Improvement and Protection Research Laboratory for a new facility. The Agricultural Research Technology Center project will include an east and west wing laboratory/office facility, and a headhouse/greenhouse facility, spanning approximately 108,000 square feet of space in total. The new facility is predicted to allow significant growth on research and is set to be completed by 2024.
SCOPE OF WORK
Access
Control
An
access control system allows selective restriction of access into buildings,
offices, and other structures. Our access control system performs identity
authentication and authorization of users to dictate who is allowed access into
designated areas with card readers and biometric scanners for highest security.
Audio
Visual
An
audio-visual system allows a wide range of audio and visual devices to
synchronize together to meet a communication need. Our audio-visual system
includes an assortment of communication hardware and software to connect and
control all the proper equipment needed in a conference room for a heightened
experience.
Structured
Cabling
Structured
cabling provides a wired infrastructure that connects cameras, monitors,
recording devices, access control systems, network devices, and other
components together within a facility or entire building. Our structured
cabling system supports various of hardware components to provide
telecommunication services and transmit data from one point to another.
