1951 Harbor Bay Parkway, located in the Bay Farm Island neighborhood, is designed to accommodate the expansion of Exelixis within the Harbor Bay Business Park. The property features a total of 220,000 square feet of commercial office spaces and will bring up to 900 new jobs to Alameda. The building is four levels high and has a 5,500 square foot floor plate oriented along Harbor Bay Parkway. The project was completed in 2022.
