PROJECT OVERVIEW
Kaiser Permanente set to expand their existing facility in Downey. The project will include an expansion of the medical center and parking structure. The facility will be six-levels tall and feature 96 additional in-patient beds, operating rooms, and a new emergency department. The new parking structure will include more than 1,000 parking spaces for patients and staff members.
SCOPE OF WORK
Access
Control
An access control system allows selective restriction of access into buildings, offices, and other structures. Our access control system performs identity authentication and authorization of users to dictate who is allowed access into designated areas with card readers and biometric scanners for highest security.
Video Surveillance
Video
surveillance systems include cameras, network video recorders and monitors for
transmissions of video footage to designated locations of preference for
security and prevention of crime. All video surveillance systems include motion
activation and infrared night vision to secure video surveillance 24 hours a
day.
Emergency
Phones
Emergency phones are installed and designed for reliability to provide calls to emergency services in the event of an emergency. Our emergency phone system allows outgoing calls to designated police, fire, or medic department at any given time to ensure all emergency needs.
