PROJECT OVERVIEW
In addition to their nearby existing veteran administration clinic, the newly proposed facility in Santa Rosa will be 60,000 square feet and single story. The new building will be completely ground level and feature clinical and administrative spaces for their predicted 200 employees. Additionally, the property will have up to 420 parking spaces for staff and patients. The new VA clinic is set to be completed and open in 2022.
SCOPE OF WORK
Access Control
An access control system allows selective restriction of access into buildings, offices, and other structures. Our access control system performs identity authentication and authorization of users to dictate who is allowed access into designated areas with card readers and biometric scanners for highest security.
Video
Surveillance
Video
surveillance systems include cameras, network video recorders and monitors for
transmissions of video footage to designated locations of preference for
security and prevention of crime. All video surveillance systems include motion
activation and infrared night vision to secure video surveillance 24 hours a
day.
