Vivante North is a luxurious retirement living center in Orange County. Their expansion plan proposes an additional 148,000 square feet to their existing facility on the Coast property. The project will include 110 fully assisted and independent living units. Additionally, the new property will feature on site amenities such as a fitness center, grand entertainment pavilion, a rooftop deck with ocean views, a restaurant with an open display kitchen, and activity rooms.

Access Control

An access control system allows selective restriction of access into buildings, offices, and other structures. A nurse call system ensures centralized or decentralized staff to receive call alerts efficiently. Installation of a nurse call system provides a direct line between patients and caregivers to ensure easier and expeditious communication.
