PROJECT OVERVIEW
Renovations in the San Ramon Center at the Diablo Valley College campus includes a new 6,000 square foot library and learning resource center. Other features of the new buildings include indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, tutoring spaces, science laboratory spaces, classrooms, and a cafe. The project was completed in 2021.
SCOPE OF WORK
Access
Control
An
access control system allows selective restriction of access into buildings,
offices, and other structures. Our access control system performs identity
authentication and authorization of users to dictate who is allowed access into
designated areas with card readers and biometric scanners for highest security.
Video
Surveillance
Video
surveillance systems include cameras, network video recorders and monitors for
transmissions of video footage to designated locations of preference for
security and prevention of crime. All video surveillance systems include motion
activation and infrared night vision to secure video surveillance 24 hours a
day.
Intrusion
Detection
Intrusion
detection is an alarm system with motion detection sensors designed to respond
rapidly to attempted entries during offline hours. Our intrusion alarm system
helps protect any building or facility from further or potential burglary and
damage with an automated alarm.
Structured
Cabling
Structured
cabling provides a wired infrastructure that connects cameras, monitors,
recording devices, access control systems, network devices, and other
components together within a facility or entire building. Our structured
cabling system supports various of hardware components to provide
telecommunication services and transmit data from one point to another.
