PROJECT OVERVIEW
UC Berkeley's Bancroft Hall project is an eight-story building located on Dana Street. The 183,500 square feet facility houses up to 775 students. Their bottom floor features 7,099 square feet of retail space for students in addition to the new space of Stiles Hall. The property, including a study and activity space was completed and opened in 2018.

Control
An access control system allows selective restriction of access into buildings, offices, and other structures. Our access control system performs identity authentication and authorization of users to dictate who is allowed access into designated areas with card readers and biometric scanners for highest security.
