PROJECT OVERVIEW
University of California, Riverside is set to renovate their Pierce Hall facility. Renovations on the 114,000 square feet building focused on interior work. The project included improvements towards labs, classrooms, and hallways. Other upgrades were completed to their heating, ventilation, a/c system, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection system. Renovations began on the north and south wings of the facility and finalized in the center wing.
SCOPE OF WORK
Access Control
An access control system allows selective restriction of access into buildings, offices, and other structures. Our access control system performs identity authentication and authorization of users to dictate who is allowed access into designated areas with card readers and biometric scanners for highest security.
Video
Surveillance
Video
surveillance systems include cameras, network video recorders and monitors for
transmissions of video footage to designated locations of preference for
security and prevention of crime. All video surveillance systems include motion
activation and infrared night vision to secure video surveillance 24 hours a
day.
