The San Francisco Conservatory of Music expanded their twelve-story building with student housing, classrooms, rehearsal spaces, dining and other amenities. The building includes 27 apartment units and can house up to 420 students. Their Jewel Box Recital Hall sits nearly 100 guests and their Penthouse Recital Hall sits 200. The expansion project spans approximately 170,000 square feet and was completed in 2020.

Access Control

An access control system allows selective restriction of access into buildings, offices, and other structures. All video surveillance systems include motion activation and infrared night vision to secure video surveillance 24 hours a day.

A video intercom is a two-way communication system that is used within a facility or building to transmit and receive video and audio transmissions through an installed camera, microphone, and speaker. With a built-in camera, our video intercom system allows you to view and communicate with guests while also having the ability to grant entry from a distance.

Destination Dispatch

Destination dispatch is a virtualized method of managing and controlling elevators. It is an elevator system that integrates with access control and permits access to specific elevators and units while also determining what elevator is closest for use.

Turnstile

Turnstiles are installed to ensure a one-person passage entry only. It is an efficient way to organize and reduce human traffic at any entrance or exit, while also restricting access to the building.
